I’m so sorry for the lack of update these days but I’m pregnant. I have others priorities now. I like so much Katie, I’ll try to maintain the website updated as best as I can. Katie performed at The Sunset Festival and Peralada Festival. I’ve updated the gallery. There’s also a video below.
Katie posted a picture of her and McKinty. Here’s what she says.
McKinty, the king of guitars, is one of the longest standing members of the team, we’ve been working together since 2004.
His domain is stage right in guitar world where he runs a tight ship keeping all the guitars tuned and in working order. This summer there are 11 guitar changes and 6 different tunings throughout the show. They are…
Tuning 1: Standard tuning, used for Crazy, Bikes, Sailboat, Wonderful Life, Crawling up a Hill, Thank You Stars, Piece by Piece, 5 10 5, Piece of my Heart, Cry of the Lone Wolf, No Fear of Heights and Diamonds are Forever.
Tuning 2: every string down a semi tone.
Belfast and I cried for you.
Tuning 3: D A D G B E
Dreams on fire
Tuning 4: D G C G Bb D
Tuning 5: D A D F# A D
Night in the city – ( a Joni Mitchell track, with her tuning sourced from www.jonimitchell.com )

I’m so sorry for the lack of updates these days. I’ve updated the gallery with the last pictures uploaded on the official page of Katie, pictures by the photographer Christie Goodwin – one of the best I think-.
